NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Carlingford Baseball Club Inc will be held:-

Date:         Sunday April 7 2013

Venue:       Murray Farm Reserve

                  Murray Farm Road, Carlingford

Time:        This AGM will be preceded by our Junior Presentation Day which commences at 1.00pm

As an Incorporated Association, the Club is required to hold an Annual Meeting to report on its activities during the preceding year and to elect office bearers for the forthcoming year. If you or someone you know would like to nominate for a position on the Executive, please use the attached nomination form. The nomination form must be completed and returned to:-

Last Sunday, a team of our fantastic Aussie T-Ballers went to Blue Sox Stadium in Blacktown to put on a demonstration of Aussie T-Ball at the opening ABL match of the season against the Melbourne Aces.

The kids got to play a game on the main diamond.  They also had the honour of standing with Sydney Blue Sox player Michael Lysaught at Short Stop for the playing of the National Anthem.

Jedi Jude Cusbert also had the opportunity to represent the Club and throw the first pitch of the game.

It was a fantastic afternoon and the kids did their families and our Club proud.

A massive thank you to all the families who came along to support the kids and also Borgy and Tommy G for looking after the kids and making it such fun for them!
